Enterprise Transformation Manager

Overview

Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Manager to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Transformation and drives the weekly execution across multiple high-priority transformation workstreams as Lightspeed undergoes a multi-year transformation focused on strengthening core growth engines and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with execution experience and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
