Job Description
The Electrical Test Engineer leads the development, testing, and validation of Powertrain electronic control unit (ECU) hardware and software for automotive applications. This role combines project and team leadership with hands-on engineering, including specification design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and verification of ECU performance, quality, and reliability. The engineer collaborates closely with technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to plan development activities, ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and mentor other engineers in best practices for design and testing.

+ Break down project concepts and change points into detailed development activities and define the overall ECU development plan with minimal oversight.
+ Correlate technical project details with key stakeholders and negotiate realistic schedules for deliverables.
