Entry Level - Equipment Engineer (Mold)

Job Description

This role is ideal for new college graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. As part of the Assembly Engineering team, entry-level engineers will support key projects focused on process improvement, equipment upgrades, and automation. They will work closely with experienced Engineers, gain hands-on experience in production operations, and develop core engineering skills while contributing to high-impact initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project-specific initiatives such as mold equipment migration, process optimization, and automation implementation.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
• Assist in equipment qualification, tooling characterization, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
