Entry Level Quality Control Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate / Inspector to join our team in the healthcare packaging industry. This role is responsible for inspecting in-process and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet specifications
+ Perform precise measurements (down to 1/64 inch) using rulers and tools
+ Conduct tensile, seal strength, and visual inspections
+ Verify color accuracy and product consistency
+ Identify and communicate defects to production teams
+ Complete documentation, labeling, and quality records accurately
+ Package finished goods for shipment
+ Follow all cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements
+ Safely test materials such as films, foils, and chemicals
