Responsibilities
- Oversee functions, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance, to ensure a clean, and safe Long-Term Care residence.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate departmental operations to meet regulatory, safety, infection prevention, and organizational standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, supervise, and coach Environmental Services staff; monitor performance as needed.
