Responsibilities

1. Sales Follow-Up & Tracking
• Monitor outcomes from sales calls and meetings, ensuring follow-ups are completed on time.
• Keep actions moving forward and provide updates to the team to maintain momentum and hold team members accountable to agreed actions.
  EOS Implementation Support
• Take structured notes during leadership and project meetings and translate them into actionable follow-ups.
• Maintain and update EOS tools to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
• Provide clear and consistent reports to leadership on progress, accountability, and issues.
  Project & Admin Support
• Coordinate action items from management and project meetings, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
• Support ongoing process improvements within the EOS framework.
• Act as a central point of accountability for tracking initiatives across the business.
