Job Description
We are looking for an Equipment Coordinator to join SuperStaff. This person will be responsible for processing equipment orders placed by Equipment Sales force; coordinating, staging, and delivery of equipment orders; acting as a liaison between equipment specialist, service managers, manufacturers, and distribution centers regarding equipment orders; receiving and responding to internal and external customer inquiries; resolving equipment related issues/problems; working with regions to maintain regional inventory; processing vendor claims.
Responsibilities
- Processes quotes and orders upon receipt of completed paperwork (i.e. Deposits, financing docs, signed quote, signed sales agreement, customer PO if necessary) and makes a customer file for the purchase.
- Carefully proofreads purchase orders and billings for errors.
