Equipment Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develops the preventive maintenance plan, schedule, procedure, checklists, and specifications
2. Provide technical assistance in installation, adjustment and maintenance of manufacturing company equipment.
3. Ensures maintenance procedure, checklist, and required tools to perform machine / equipment repair and periodic maintenance are available
4. Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
5. Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.
6. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.
7. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
8. Performs buy-off, set-up, commissioning and qualification of machines and equipment for production use together with the Process Engineer
