Join Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd as an Equipment Engineer in our Bukit Mertajam, Penang location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Troubleshoot and repair machines to ensure minimum downtime.
• Work on preventive measures to eliminate unplanned downtime.
• Continuous improvement to reduce machine scraps and improve yield.
• Analyze machine rejection and propose solutions.
• Ensure analysis and inform the quality team if rejection is related to incoming components.
• Support quality team to reply to customer feedback if any.
• Spare part inventory control: maintain minimum and maximum inventory and review if changes are needed.
