Job Description
Summary
Responsible to carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure the operational efficiency of lens manufacturing lines.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in respective functional area.
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete documentation as required (e-checklist).
- Perform service of parts, assemblies and swap kits.
- Tracks spare parts & consumables usage to ensure availability for production usage.
- Assist Engineer on equipment installation, product-system qualification, equipment troubleshooting & projects in any area of overall equipment efficiency (OEE) improvements.
- Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield.
