Role Summary:
Provide functional and logical support for ERP incidents, enabling core project teams to focus on Archer program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve low to mid-complexity ERP incidents
- Provide functional troubleshooting and user support
- Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base
- Support ERP system stabilization
- Escalate complex issues as required
Required Skills:
- ERP functional support and incident management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP workflows and systems
- SQL basics
Experience:
- 7+ years in ERP support
Languages:
