- Federal Government of Canada Security Clearance at Reliability level
- Bachelors Degree
Additional Qualifications Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR operations, or HR systems support.
- Familiarity with or exposure to SaaS HCM platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
- Understanding of core HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time, payroll, or talent management.
Other Essential Skills and Abilities
- Project Support: Provide assistance with planning and carrying out HCM SaaS implementation tasks across both functional and technical teams.
- Requirements and Documentation: Help gather client requirements, map out workflows, and keep comprehensive project records up to date.
