Job Description
Join our team as an ERP Training and Hypercare Support Co-op Student to gain practical experience in training and user support for a new ERP system rollout. This role is focused on ensuring user adoption and support during critical phases.
Scheduled to commence in July 2026, this co-op role is ideal for students in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering fields. You will play an active role in training sessions, assist with logistical challenges, and provide vital support to users navigating the system. The role requires flexibility for extended hours during peak stabilization activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help facilitate ERP training and improve user engagement
• Maintain training documentation and assist trainers
• Provide first-level support to users post-go-live
• Track and report training attendance and feedback
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues
