Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated ERP Implementation Executive to support the configuration, rollout, and ongoing optimization of our ERP system with a strong emphasis on finance and accounting modules. The role ensures accurate financial data handling, process alignment, and successful user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Support full ERP implementation cycle: gather requirements, configure finance-related modules (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, costing, reconciliations), test functionality, migrate data, and assist during go-live.
Map and customize accounting workflows to match business needs and compliance requirements.
Work closely with finance, procurement, and other teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support for finance users.
Create test cases, documentation, and progress reports.
Suggest enhancements to align the ERP with accounting standards and operational efficiency.
