Job Description

• Implement and develop ServiceNow solutions , including complex system integrations across business functions.
• Perform hands‑on scripting and customization using Business Rules , Script Includes , Workflows , UI Actions , UI Policies , and Client Scripts .
• Design and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and create scripted APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Configure and manage authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 , certificates , and MID Servers .
• Manage and support HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Document Management modules within ServiceNow.
• Develop custom applications and support LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO integrations for enterprise environments.
