The Role
Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils are looking to recruit Waste Collection loaders to work across our services, covering both districts. The role involves working flexibly to collect domestic and recycling waste from our residential customers on a weekly basis.
Key Requirements
- Ability to work flexibly across any of our collection rounds, at both of our depot sites.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Comfortably able to walk distances of around 10-15 miles each day.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
