You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision-making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. - Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates.
- Review RFXs, plans, specifications, standards, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Obtain costs for materials and third-party service.
- Review and compare incoming quotes.
- Select suppliers and subcontractors quotes to be included in the final estimate.
