An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join a growing commercial team within a specialist interior and refurbishment contractor delivering high-end luxury projects across the UK and Ireland.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial awareness and fit-out estimating experience who enjoys working on prestigious hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial projects within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Estimator, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders across a variety of luxury fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Youll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal operational teams to ensure accurate pricing, commercial compliance, and successful project handovers.
