Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of damaged vehicles with customers
- Use Audatex and TMS to compile accurate repair estimates
- Submit quotations promptly to insurance assessors and follow up on approvals
- Collaborate with Manager and insurers to secure quotation sign‑offs
- Liaise with workshop to initiate and track approved repairs
- Monitor job progress, perform quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Lead, train, and support junior staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is upheld throughout the repair process
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and internal teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to sales growth
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) minimum
- Audatex training with certificate
