ESTIMATOR (HEAVY CIVIL)
We are seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in heavy civil construction to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for large-scale projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of heavy construction processes, and the ability to produce detailed estimates that support profitable bidding.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze heavy civil construction drawings and specifications
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment
- Develop competitive and accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Prepare bid documents and support proposals
- Analyze project risks and benchmarks
