ETL Developer and Support Engineer (Ingeniero de Desarrollo y Soporte ETL)
Location: Mexico (Monterrey) – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy (EST time)
Role Overview
As an ETL Developer and Support Engineer , you will design and develop ETL solutions using Informatica and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Manage deployments and provide production support, including monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis, while meeting SLAs and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines in Informatica (including CDC/SCD) with robust SQL and performance tuning.
- Ensure data quality and reliability through thorough requirements, profiling, validation, and controlled deployments across environments.
- Lead production support monitoring jobs, resolve incidents within SLAs, perform RCA, and communicate status with stakeholders/vendors.
