Evening Traffic Operator — Training, Overtime & Growth

TRAFFIC OPERATOR

Location: Daventry

Hours: 14:00–23:00, Monday–Friday

Pay: £14.42 per hour + pre‑authorised overtime

Employer: XPO Logistics – Daikin Contract

Training: Full training provided

We’re looking for a confident, organised Traffic Operator to join our evening team at Daventry. If you enjoy working in a busy transport office, supporting drivers, solving problems, and keeping operations moving, this is a great opportunity to grow with a major logistics provider.

You’ll be right at the centre of the action — working with drivers, the warehouse, and other XPO depots to keep our trunking operation running smoothly. You’ll also be involved in routing next‑day multi‑drop runs in the local and surrounding area, with full training provided.
