Athar Festival is seeking a skilled and organized Content & Program Lead to develop and deliver its intellectual and creative content. This role involves overseeing the creation, coordination, and execution of all festival events from keynote sessions to audience experiences.

• This person will drive concept development, curate speakers, craft compelling narratives, and ensure seamless content delivery before, during, and after the festival.
