Job Responsibilities
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in various types of surface coating technologies applied in automotive industry
• Paint selection, Paint application processes, Paint evaluation and testing & validation of painted panels and parts
• Powder coating process selection and evaluation of powder coated panels and optimization of the process and powder variety to suit both cost and performance requirement.
• selection and evaluation electro-plating, anodising & other coating for electrical application like PCB, Connectors
Skill requirement:
• Flair knowledge and process experience on types of paint, application process, paint defects, and testing processes.
• Flair knowledge and process experience on types of powder coating, application process, paint defects, and testing processes.
