Your Team
The Customer Analytics team is part of CFS’s Customer Office which is accountable for our customer’s experience of the brand, products, and services. Our team is responsible for customer (member, employer and adviser) insights and reporting. We leverage modern AI-enabled platforms (Adobe, Databricks) to partner with stakeholders and make insight-lead decision making a daily habit across CFS.
