Responsibilities
• Organize and assist the daily activities and workload of the General Manager
• Prepare presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents
• Develop and compile reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
• Follow up on Marketing and advertising requirements
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Take minutes of meeting
• Support staff, sales and other departments on assigned projects as advised by the General Manager
• Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
• Maintain confidential records
• Develop and maintain a proper structure of company’s hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Provide office orientation for new employees.
• Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company’s visitors.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Meet with individuals, special interest companies and others on behalf of the General Manager.
