Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director (MD), the Executive Assistant (EA) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the MD’s office including supporting the Executive Team, delivering high level executive support, and office administration.
Accountabilities:
Provide confidential secretarial and office administration services to the MD and Executive Team, including preparation of correspondence, reports, agendas and presentations. Manage complex international / domestic travel and associated itineraries / visas for the Managing Director and Executive Management Team.
