Job Description

The Executive Assistant shall provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head and other Executives of the Procurement Department.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the point person between the Procurement Head (and other executives) and its internal and external clients.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as taking calls, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, preparing communications and routing correspondence.
  • Organize meetings and appointments.
  • Take minutes of the meeting, capture key discussion points, decisions made and action items assigned to specific individuals.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials as requested by the Procurement Executives.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of documents.
  • Attend to queries / concerns appropriately for the Procurement Executives.
