Job Description
StradBio is a small, fast-growing Seattle-based biotechnology company developing new therapies for cancers. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the StradBio leadership team. This is a hands-on, in-person role that sits at the center of our operations, keeping calendars running smoothly, ensuring contracts and documents move through the right channels, and serving as a key interface with external partners in billing, legal, and administration.
Role Description:
- Manage complex calendars for leadership, including scheduling internal meetings, external calls, and travel
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking follow-ups
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing partners, tracking invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments
