- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Tasks
- Handles a wide range of administrative and
secretarial related work.
- Maintains the General Manager Agenda,
schedules and coordinates appointments.
- Reviews and follows up all
correspondence, documents and reports
prepared by related departments.
- Ensures the follow up and feedback of all
activities related to the GM.
- Maintains efficient Filing system for
Memos, faxes, invoices and all documents.
- Organizes GM meetings & takes minutes of
meeting if necessary, and follows up
actions.
- Compiles, transcribes, and distributes
minutes of meetings.
- Coordinates various meetings - internal
and with external parties.
- Handles incoming and outgoing
correspondence and communications of
the GM’s office, including respondi...
