Executive Chef opportunity with a growing upscale lifestyle hotel brand in downtown Chicago.
This is a high-profile role overseeing a fast-paced, high-volume culinary operation generating approximately $7M in annual food & beverage revenue, with nearly 70% tied to banquet and event business. The property features over 16,000 square feet of event and meeting space and caters to a strong mix of corporate travelers, group business, and social events.
We are seeking a hands-on Executive Chef with prior union experience. This requirement is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate understands how to successfully lead culinary teams within a union environment while maintaining high standards of execution, consistency, labor management, and team engagement.
