We’re Hiring – Sales (Employee Benefits) Key Responsibilities Prospect SMEs, GCCs & IT/Tech clients Build pipeline via outreach, referrals & events Conduct consultative meetings & position VIMA’s value proposition Present proposals to HR, Finance & C‑suite stakeholders Close deals & ensure smooth onboarding handoff Track market trends & share client feedback Explore cross‑sell opportunities (GTL, GPA, OPD) Requirements Graduate with 2–4 yrs B2B sales experience (insurance/benefits/HR tech/financial services) Strong communication & presentation skills Knowledge of Group Health Insurance preferred Self‑starter, CRM‑savvy, target‑driven ✨ Preferred Prior GMC sales experience Existing HR/Finance network in Coimbatore Exposure to GCC/IT/Tech segments Success = Mandates closed, pipeline growth, smooth client onboarding! Immediate joiners preferred.
