Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & POSM Management: Plan and execute monthly promotional themes and seasonal campaigns. Oversee the production of in-store POSM and manage the timeline for printing and distribution to ensure every store has the right collateral before the campaign Go-Live date.
- Creative Design: Conceptualize and work closely with designers to create Key Visuals (KV) and various POSM assets that align with the brand identity while driving high conversion.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments (Procurement, Operations, Visual Merchandiser & etc.) and external vendors.
- Performance Measurement: Track the effectiveness and performance of the campaign and promotions such as sales data.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports for every campaign and promotions, providing actionable insights and ROI analysis to the management team.
