Job Description

Executive, Performance Digital Marketing

Own end-to-end tracking implementation across platforms (web & landing pages)

Set up and maintain: Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 event tracking & conversions, Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) with proper deduplication.

Define and document event taxonomies, UTM structures, and conversion logic

Ensure tracking is privacy- and consent-compliant

Build dashboards and reports that translate data into clear business insights

Set up and manage performance campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), TikTok Ads, X (formerly known as Twitter)

Implement proper naming conventions, audiences, and campaign structure

Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns based on performance data

Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Analyse funnel performance from impression to conversion
