For our growing Mexico Business Unit, we are looking for an Executive Manager with previous experience in the Executive Search industry focused on developing business and clients, eager to work in a diverse and multinational environment. Your functions:- Generating profitable sales and reaching yearly individual billing objectives, by developing a targeted strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of accounts, and generating loyalty. - Supervising the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and working hand in hand with them, understanding the client needs.- Advise on best strategies to find top talent, and decide on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards. - Attach to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion, reliable information for KPI management)- Provide individual reporting an...
