Summary
- Executive on the booking to shipping line or agent based on shipment schedule and meeting customer expectation of ETS & ETA
- Request rate from carriers upon request
- Coordinate Import and Export freight bookings including Air / Sea (FCL/LCL) / Cross Border Trucking / Inland Clearance & Trucking
- Check and verify freight invoices
Detailed Responsibilities
- Update the shipment transit times, delay, advance internally
- Ensure shipping team proceeds booking with agent/carriers and obtains the booking confirmation on time
- Enter the shipment data into SAP and logistics systems
- Update detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports
