Bakers Delight Morley is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our friendly bakery team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about baking and producing fresh, high-quality products for the local community. Prepare and bake bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to bakery recipes Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and cleaning duties Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail bakery environment Requirements Previous baking experience or relevant qualification preferred Strong understanding of bread production and baking techniques Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Reliable, hard-working and able to work under pressure Good attention to detail and commitment to...
