They are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join their kitchen team and support the delivery of high-quality meals for guests, functions and daily service. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes in line with menu standards, recipes and customer expectations. Menu Support: Assist with menu planning, daily specials and preparation of dishes suitable for restaurant service, functions and events. Ingredient Management: Weigh, measure and prepare ingredients accurately to maintain consistency, portion control and food quality. Cooking Operations: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers and other commercial kitchen equipment.
