Experienced Dairy Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Summary

Colostrum Production Operator 2 is responsible for operating either the dryers or equipment in the wet processing area after having been signed off on either training packet and demonstrating mastery in the applicable procedures. This position is also responsible for continuing to train, be signed off, and demonstrate mastery in the topics covered in the remaining training packet.

Essential Functions

Operating all equipment in either the Wet Processing or Drying areas in accordance with SOP.

Ensures samples are pulled and sent to the lab to maintain the customer desired quality of our product.

Maintain a clean safe work environment.

Dumping and cleaning buckets of frozen colostrum.

Packaging powder in the dryer rooms.

Cleaning the outside of tanks, equipment and performing CIPs (clean-in-place).
