Job Description
Enhance project development as a skilled Technical Business System Analyst. Support essential project phases while facilitating communication between technical areas and business channels in a hybrid environment.
This contract role requires you to engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will assist in crafting the necessary documentation, including delivering a comprehensive CIAM API inventory and a rollout governance strategy. You will act as a pivotal link between developers, auditors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with banks to resolve audit issues
• Participate in requirements, design, code, and testing phases
• Document operational and support guidelines
• Keep team and management informed on project progress
Requirements:
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• 5 years of application support experience
• Forgerock experience advantageous
• Excellent English communication skills
