Leads technical domain of single and multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to perform validation, DVT, and qualification testing on high‑speed cable assemblies.
• Establish testing requirements for new products based on electrical and software specifications.
• Develop high‑speed cable test systems and fixtures from conception to manufacturing deployment.
• Design test system architecture, create system diagrams, develop test software, build hardware, and validate into manufacturing.
• Create actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and product specifications.
• Make data‑driven decisions about product functionality and areas for improvement.
