In this role, you will oversee major organizational design and classification initiatives, specifically for Executive (EX) and non-Executive projects within federal government frameworks. Your analytical skills will streamline processes and enhance job evaluations while collaborating with senior leadership to drive impactful organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex organizational design projects
