The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of tunnelling principles, ensuring top-notch design and analysis of tunnelling projects. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the design deliverables and ensure compliance with Canadian codes and standards. Your practical experience with ground-structure interaction will enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed design for tunnels and shafts
• Develop and verify all design documentation
• Assess geotechnical parameters influencing projects
• Support constructability and risk assessments
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant tunnel design expertise
