WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 3-5 years of experience in IGA/IAM environments (minimum 3 years)
- Strong expertise in Sailpoint (ideal) or similar platforms (Okta, OpenText)
- Fluent English for international team communication and Spanish nice to have
- Availability for hybrid work: 1 day on-site in Barcelona (flexible after 3 months)
- Experience in requirements gathering and connector implementation
- Valuable: Background in governance, IGA platform operations, or HR processes
- Nice to have: Development skills (JavaScript, Python, REST APIs)
