- Provide support to the Team.
- Manage customer purchase orders (POs), forecasts, and backlogs.
- Oversee the shipment process from start to finish.
- Address customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Handle assigned local and international customer accounts.
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints.
- Export documentation experience.
