Main Accountabilities:
Complete all required export documentation for international shipments.Request and provide quote and spot rate quotes as requiredFile export declarations through CERSPrepare and issue air waybills (MAWB/HAWB).Ensure all required documents are on hand and compliant with Canadian regulations prior to shipping.Ensure compliance with Canadian aviation security regulations, including CATSA requirements and Transport Canada security programs.Track shipments daily and proactively notify customers of uplifts, delays, or offloads with complete details.Check in and process Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.Complete costing for each shipment file and generate invoices.Respond promptly to emails from customers and overs...
