Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.
This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest cosmetic repair tools and materials.
What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out SMART repairs including paintwork, polishing and refinishing
• Completing plastic repairs and rectification work
• Mixing paint and carrying out high-quality paint corrections
• Using modern cosmetic tooling and repair materials
• Delivering right-first-time repairs to high reconditioning standards

Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.
Package:

• Up to £35,700 basic salary
• Bonus up to 15%
• 15% pension contribution
