Leading cross-functional teams to guarantee effective containment, preventive and corrective actions.Ensuring Action Plans are implemented to avoid issues re-occurrence and to drive performance and continuous improvement.Preparing and delivering detailed reports (8D) related to quality issues and their resolutions.
