Fabric Technician
Location: Coventry, England, United Kingdom.
Role Summary
- Respond to reactive works within the team.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair tasks.
- Undertake site surveys and produce work requests, method statements and risk assessments for planned works.
- Repair floor and wall coverings.
- Carry out ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
- Handle other building and installation works as required.
- Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes for AHU’s / FCU’s and basic plumbing requirements.
- Utilise PDA to record work details, key communications and updates.
- Complete reactive, PPM jobs and projects in a timely manner.
