Fabrication Workshop Manager

Our client, a leading company in the Heavy Steel Construction sector, is urgently seeking an experienced Fabrication Workshop Manager to oversee and manage their SMPP workshop operations in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate must have strong managerial experience, excellent technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing fabrication teams, production output, and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop Management

• Oversee daily operations of the fabrication workshop
• Manage production planning, workflow, and job allocation
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

SMPP Oversight

• Manage structural, mechanical, platework, and piping fabrication activities
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and QA/QC requirements
